CommissioningThanking God for His faithfulness through Hands of Compassion.

Over 150 people gathered to celebrate the ministry of Hands of Compassion in Zambia and the official launch of the Charitable Foundation now registered here in UK on Wednesday 18 June 2008.

Bishop Brian, Patron of Hands of Compassion Charitable Foundation preached about compassion and giving hope to those who are caught in the bondage of poverty, as well as asking everyone to sing "Lesa wawama, cine wawama" (God is good, He is good) in bemba, the vernacular language spoken in the north of Zambia where Hands of Compassion is based. The Very Rev'd Samuel Zulu, Dean of the Anglican Cathedral, Ndola in Zambia, then joined the Bishop in commissioning Wendy Ely as Director, and Trustees at the special service.
